All Women Power Rally (Limca Book of Records holder) formerly known as All Women Bike Rally, has been spearheading the spirit of womanhood. This year we are bringing the 7th edition of the rally under the theme- Humse Hai Hausla.
From being the true strength at home for our forces on the border to being a relentless force fighting against the ills of our patriarchal society, the women of this nation are fighting divisive forces on both internal and external fronts.

एनबीटी की इस बाइक रैली पर मैं यही कहूंगी कि 'हम किसी से कम नहीं ' आज महिला सशक्तिकरण ' के इस दौर में हर क्षेत्र में लड़कियों का बोलबाला है। आज लड़कियों को अवसर मिल रहे हैं और वे उन अवसरों का जम कर फायदा उठा रही हैं। हमारी इंडस्ट्री में भी आज सेट पर लड़कों की तुलना में लड़कियां ज्यादा नजर आती हैं, चाहे वे मेकअप आर्टिस्ट हों, डिजाइनर या फिर सिनेमटोग्राफर। मैंने जब अपने करियर की शुरुआत की थी, तब यहां लड़कियां कम थीं। बाइक रैली जैसी चीजों में उनका हिस्सा लेना, उनके साहस और जज्बे को दर्शाता है। मैं उन्हें दिल से सपोर्ट करती हूं। वे मर्दों से किसी भी तरह कमतर नहीं, इसके बावजूद मुझे लगता है कि घर और करियर की दोहरी जिम्मेदारी का निबाह करते हुए वे कई बार कसौटी पर कसी जाती हैं। उन्हें तनाव से बचना चाहिए और खुद का खयाल भी रखना चाहिए।
